Schematic/ Design Development – During schematic design we review your concept for display characteristics, feasibility, and cost factors. Although we are here to develop your design concept, we will never insist on changing the design intent you create.

Construction Documentation – Once the design is developed, the focus changes to the detailed construction documents coordinated with the designer and other consultants. Our construction documents are complete enough that any contractor should be able to construct the project.

Construction Support - Formosa offers construction support with start up assistance assuring proper operation and adjustment. Operations and maintenance manuals further assist operating personnel in the maintenance of water feature.

Other Services - Fully instrumented test pools, equipment prototypes, special water features and mock-ups can be developed upon request. Our comprehensive engineering ensures a high quality, trouble free installation with reliable operation.
